No-Cure-No-Pay AI Headhunting of Clinical Trial Studies professionals
Our AI headhunter solution only focus on top passive talent (No job applicants) received from the "general public", including recruiters. Our uniqueness is in our filtering system after recommended names are received to our platform.
We do not conduct any candidate research. All names are submitted by the "public". We receive the names due to our success fee split, where the informant who submits the "name" hired gets a significant share of the fee.
We do not guarantee neither hire or a minimum number of candidates. If "our community" of informers falls short of recommending names or there is" no-catch" for top passive talent to make a career move they will not be interested.
It is always essential that a candidate has been recommended by several relevant sources. In addition a thorough screening of the candidate´s background/ personality should also always be matched up against the position. Our AI Cross-referencing and AI screening ensures these critical areas has been covered.
High performers are not active job hunters as they are most often are doing excellent where they are. To have high performers or not in a company directly determines the success or failure of a company. Our AI Headhunter solution therefore only focus on top passive talent who do not apply through job ads.
Our no-cure-no-pay AI Headhunter solution is risk free, plus you get access to the personal network of EVERYONE in the marketplace rather than just on single recruiter. The second element is the filtering system in our AI cross-referencing and screening algorithm. This secures that you ONLY get candidates matching what you are looking for.
According to a study by McKinsey & Company a superior talent is up to eight times more productive than an average employee. These diamonds don´t apply through regular job ads. Our AI Headhunter solution only targets this group of top passive candidates.
Yes, all the candidates submitted need to match the job requirements for the particular position. This is important as we do accept general "general" names.
No, the person you recommend should not know that he/she is recommend by you as our system is based on 100% discretion for both those whose who recommend someone as well as those being recommended.
No, you cannot recommend yourself. This is due to the need for all recommendations to be neutral. If someone wants to recommend him/herself we suggest to apply through a regular job.
If you refer someone you know that is looking for a job the answer is no. Our AI Headhunter solution is only targeting top passive talent that otherwise don´t apply through job ads.
You get paid your referral fee as soon as the client pays their success fee. To get the referral is contingent on your name being hired and being the first to suggest the name.
f the name you suggested is not hired for the particular position, you will have the chance to receive a referral if the person gets hired on another positions within a year. It will then be a different rate for the re-cycled name.
Due to GDPR we do not accept any CV´s, only names. Requirement is that the name is linked to a specific project to be valid, plus that there is a match in requirement and that the name is a passive candidate.
